Craftmanship
Our construction techniques are inspired from the highest standard used in the aerospace industry as well as in motorsport. It all starts with the engineering process: every component is engineered and designed by our R&D department using 3D technology.

Lamination
The core production process is the lamination, where the moulds are layered with pre-cut carbon fiber prepreg in a fully mechanized process.

Vacuum bagging
The polymerization process continues with the vacuum bagging, before curing the pieces in the autoclave and de-moulding the parts.

Quality Control
After a careful inspection, the parts are trimmed, polished and painted before the final quality check.
